- Representing purchasers and sellers of properties to facilitate transactions that secure the best possible result for our clients
- Representing landlords and tenants to facilitate transactions that secure the best possible result for our clients
- Representing a variety of tenants, securing multiple locations throughout the state of Texas
Investors/Buyers:
- Structure entities for acquiring and developing properties. Currently have investor partners from California, Canada, Europe and throughout Texas.
- Provide excellent historical returns for our investors/partners
Asset Management:
- Interface with owner’s professional service providers (ie. financial and legal) to insure proper structure of the transaction
- Work with accountants for timely filing of necessary documents such as federal and state tax returns
- Coordinate timely filing of financial leaders and taxing authorities
Property Management:
- Interfacing with government entities
- Contracting maintenance specialists (ie. HVAC, plumbing, landscaping)
- Bookkeeping services
- Handling insurance requirements through third party vendors
- Rent collection, financial reports, and tenant relations
